최병철 교수는 기술경영 및 기술혁신 분야의 전문가이다.

공학적 사고방식, 실리콘밸리에서의 경험, 그리고 경영학자로서의 연구를 바탕으로, 기술을 경쟁력의 원천으로 삼는 기업들을 대상으로 활발히 연구하고, 강연하며, 자문 및 프로젝트를 수행하고 있다.
